Stress becomes burnout when constant demands leave no room to recharge. You may feel permanently tired, detached, or cynical about work or relationships. Concentration drops, sleep suffers, and motivation disappears. Many clients describe a sense of “running on empty”. Left unaddressed, burnout can affect physical health and emotional wellbeing.
