You’ve started exploring. What comes next?
More people are now using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to understand how they are feeling, explore counselling approaches or put difficult experiences into words.
That can be a useful place to begin. But an automated response can only work with the words it is given. It cannot notice your tone, expressions, hesitations, changes in emotion or the things that may be difficult to say.
This short reflection tool is designed to help you consider what kind of next step may be useful. It does not diagnose, assess your mental health or replace professional advice.

Where should I go from here?
Answer a few simple questions to explore what kind of support may be worth considering. This tool does not diagnose or replace professional advice.
From AI insight to human understanding
AI can help you organise your thoughts, learn unfamiliar terms and prepare questions. A counsellor can help you explore how those ideas connect with your own experiences, relationships and emotions.
A one-off AI Reflection Session may be suitable when you have already spent time researching or speaking with AI but would value a professional human perspective.
There is no requirement to commit to ongoing counselling.
What could an AI Reflection Session help you do?
- Talk through the ideas or conclusions you have reached
- Consider what feels relevant and what may not
- Explore emotional reactions that may not be visible in written prompts
- Identify assumptions, contradictions or unanswered questions
- Decide whether counselling or another form of support may be helpful
Ready to talk?
You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis or have everything worked out. The first conversation is an opportunity to explain what has brought you here, ask questions and decide whether the support feels right for you.
