I am an affable and skilled practitioner, trained in different psychological theories which I can draw on to work in an integrative way to suit your needs. Life can pose many challenges which we experience in different ways; facing these challenges can be difficult. I focus on what is important to you and the changes you wish to make, holding closely the knowledge that you are the expert in your own healing process. I work with you, if you are male or female, to develop a collaborative understanding of the unique ways you are affected by the difficulties you are experiencing. I offer both short and long-term therapy.

Depression, anxiety, mental & physical ill-health, life's uncertainties and challenges can leave us struggling at times. Through developing a support-ive relationship, we can explore your needs to live a more full-filling and less affected existence. I work to create the right environment for you, to feel safe to explore the complex issues that are underpinning your difficul-ties.
