Welcome to The Chippenham Counselling Practice

Do you sometimes feel like you’re going around in circles, experiencing a mixture of ups and downs? We will all pass through different stages of change both personally and professionally, experiencing a variety of highs and lows along the way, this is inevitable. Sometimes we can cope well with this, and sometimes we don’t.

When life is difficult it can sometimes feel too hard to stop and notice what’s not working for you, enabling time to make changes, falling instead into repeating cycles of damaging or unhelpful behaviours.

Do you sometimes find it hard to admit you’re not OK and ask for help? Have you ever thought it’s not ok to feel your emotions? Do you have difficulty recognising and removing toxic people, habits and belief systems from your life?

Counselling can help you with this. I recognise you are an individual. I work in a collaborative and empathic way to explore your individual needs, helping you to make changes and realign yourself back to who you’re meant to be with the overall goal of improving your mental health & well-being.

Here at The Chippenham Counselling Practice I offer short- and long-term therapy to both male and female clients for many psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loss and various other challenges which are faced during our lifecycle.

I offer both a face to face counselling service from my clinic room in Chippenham and also an online counselling service.
